The RZ F1 Active Carbon Filter offers an amazing 99.9% filter efficiency rating against particles as small as 0.1 micron. To put this into perspective, wood smoke particles are typically greater than 0.2 micron. Filter material conforms to NIOSH N99 filter efficiency standards. The outer layer is capable of trapping particles down to 0.1, micron, and the inner layer of active carbon is effective against fumes, odors, smoke and organic material.
