This heavy-duty, solid Laminated Teak Top is perfect for use in your shop, home or outdoors. Top is glued up in butcher block style, which has been finger jointed and edges squared. Use to make a custom butcher block top for a kitchen island or bar, to make an indoor/outdoor coffee table, or to make an outdoor grilling kitchen. Teak (Tecona grandis) is extremely stable, with outstanding rot and decay resistance properties, and is easy to work. Heartwood tends to be golden to medium brown with straight but occasionally wavy or interlocked.
