Fillon Technologies® makes paint mixing machines – shakers as well as stirrers. The Mixing Mate™ is an adaptation of a unit intended to fit in a machine. Change a few parts, add a crank, and you have an excellent finish and paint stirrer for home use. We have found it works well for paints and finishes. It is easier to use than a paint stick or stirrer attachment for a drill. Remove the lid, carefully insert the Mixing Lid paddle into the can, fasten down the lid with the attaching levers, and crank away. The Mixing Mate also has a dispensing feature, not unlike a pancake syrup dispenser in a restaurant, which means you do not have to remove it until you finish with your paint. Remove the crank and blade for easy clean-up, and do not forget to clean under the Mixing Lid.
